This Privacy Policy explains how Cultivate Team, LLC (“Cultivate”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our website and our other online products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”) or otherwise interact with us.

Information You Provide to Us
